NurseCards ("we", "us", "our") provides an AI-powered NCLEX flashcard study tool. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. By using NurseCards you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account information: When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email to create and identify your account.
• Study content: Notes, files, or images you upload to generate flashcards, and the decks you create and save.
• Usage data: Decks generated, streaks, and feature usage, used to operate the service and enforce fair-use limits.
• Payment information: Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not receive or store your full card details; we receive confirmation of payment and your subscription status.

How we use your information

• To provide, maintain, and improve the service.
• To manage your account, subscription, and Pro access.
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse.
• To communicate with you about your account or support.

How your data is stored

Your account and study data are stored securely using Supabase, with access controls that restrict your data to your account. Uploaded files are processed only to create your cards.

Third-party services

We rely on Google (sign-in), Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and AI providers used to generate flashcards. Each processes data only as needed to provide their part of the service.

Your rights and choices

• Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data.
• Delete your saved decks anytime in the app.
• Cancel your subscription anytime.
• Contact us at support@nurse.cards.

Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. On deletion request we remove your personal data except limited records we must retain (e.g. payment records for tax compliance).

Children

NurseCards is intended for nursing students and adults. It is not directed at children under 13.

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by updating the date above.
