7-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your first purchase, request a full refund within 7 days — no hoops. Applies to your first Pro payment and to the Season Pass.

Monthly subscription renewals

• The 7-day guarantee applies to your first payment.
• Renewal payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime to keep access until the period ends and avoid future charges.

Season Pass

Fully refundable within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days it is non-refundable, since it grants extended access for its full term.

How to request a refund

Email support@nurse.cards from your account address. Refunds are processed via Lemon Squeezy and may take a few business days to appear.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Cancelling stops future charges; it does not refund a past charge outside the 7-day window.
